Bert Rickard Johannes Bolin (Swedish: [ˈbæʈː bʊˈliːn]; 15 May 1925 – 30 December 2007) was a Swedish meteorologist who served as the first chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), from 1988 to 1997.
