The Kharkiv University or Karazin University (Ukrainian: Каразінський університет), or officially V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (Ukrainian: Харківський національний університет імені В. Н. Каразіна), is one of the major universities in Ukraine, and earlier in the Russian Empire and Soviet Union.
