Lauren Weisberger (born March 28, 1977) is an American writer best known for her 2003 bestseller The Devil Wears Prada, a roman à clef of her experience as an assistant to Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. Weisberger has worked as a writer and editor for magazines such as Vogue and Departures before writing her first novel The Devil Wears Prada.
