Muḥammad ibn Hibbān al-Bustī (Arabic: محمد ابن حبان البستی) (c. 270–354/884–965) was a Muslim Arab scholar, polymath and a prominent Shafi'i traditionist, ḥadith critic, evaluator of rijal, compiler and interpreter of hadith.
