Princeton High School (PHS) is a four-year comprehensive public high school in Princeton, in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, operating as part of the Princeton Public Schools district, which serves all public school students in Princeton. Students from Cranbury Township attend PHS as part of a sending/receiving relationship with the Cranbury School District. The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 1932 and is accredited through January 2026.As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,534 students and 129.8 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 11.8:1.
