Anar Rasul oghlu Rzayev (Azerbaijani: Anar Rəsul oğlu Rzayev), known as Anar (born 14 March 1938, Baku), is an Azerbaijani writer, dramatist, film director, and the Chairman of the Writers' Union of Azerbaijan.
