Michał Jan Rostworowski (August 27, 1864, Dresden – March 24, 1940, Tarnów) was a Polish-Austrian lawyer. He was professor of international and constitutional law at the University of Cracow from 1903 to 1930, serving as rector in the 1925–1926 academic year.
