Ostend ( ost-END; Dutch: Oostende [oːstˈɛndə] West Flemish: Ostende; French: Ostende [ɔstɑ̃d] ; lit. 'East End') is a coastal city and municipality in the province of West Flanders in the Flemish Region of Belgium.
